🌀 Returns and Refunds

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
However, if you change your mind or something doesn’t convince you, you can return your coffee table.

📅 Return Period

You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date of the coffee table.
After notifying us of your intention, you will have another 14 days to send back the product.

📦 Product Condition

The table must be returned:

  • In its original condition, without signs of use or damage
  • With the original packaging or equivalent packaging adequate to protect it during transport

💸 Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.

🛡️ Products Damaged During Return

When returning the product, the customer is responsible for adequate packaging of the table.
If the product arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging or improper handling, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse the refund
  • Offer a partial refund
  • Return the table at the customer’s expense

💳 Refund

Once the table is received and inspected, we will issue the refund within 7 working days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • A brief description of the reason for the return (optional)

Each table is handmade: small imperfections or variations are part of its authenticity and distinguish it from similar products made through serial production processes.
Each piece is unique.
