Each table is carefully packed in custom-made solid wood crates, with interior padding designed to prevent any damage during transit. Our packaging is sturdy and professional, created to ensure your table arrives safely—just as it left our workshop: in perfect condition.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we select the most reliable shipping method based on your country. Delivery times may vary, but most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks from the shipping date, depending on your location.

We will send you a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way, so you can monitor the shipment in real time.

Insurance & Claims

Upon delivery, please promptly photograph the sealed crate, the packaged contents, and any visible damage. These images are essential to validate the transport insurance and to match with our shipping documentation. Failure to provide this documentation may impact our ability to process a damage claim with the carrier.
